Miniature Oil Paintings by ALF and other handmade crafts from Hawaii

Lindafaye Kroll is a retired registered nurse and now works as an artist of exquistely detailed miniature paintings.  In 2007 she created ALF's Art Gallery to display and sell her original miniature oil paintings.  She signs her originals with the initals ALF which stands for Aunty Linda Faye.  Eventually she hopes to host other craft artists from Hawai'i Island in ALF's Art Gallery. 
 
Twenty percent of art sales are donated to Protect Hawai'i Depleted Uranium Education Program.

Mini decorator plate

Lindafaye primarily works with an oil medium on all scenic backgrounds then bakes the art in a slow low temp oven for 72 hours.  She finishes the forground of the dried oil painting with acrylic paints then uses a protective acrylic varnish to protect the paintings. Some pictures show a slight glare from the varnish and she is working on better lighting when photographing.
